Facilitate and supervise social skills groups across age bands, from toddlers through teens Fade prompts and supports to build lasting independence Help clients generalize skills across settings Carry an individualized in-home ABA caseload alongside group work Provide clinical oversight, supervision, and mentorship consistent with BACB standards Partner with families to set meaningful goals extending beyond group time Collaborate with the social groups team Support Social Connections Club programming at the Okemos Hub Requirements Active BCBA certification Active Michigan behavior analyst license (or eligibility) Experience developing and overseeing individualized ABA programming Strong prompt-fading knowledge Neurodiversity-affirming, client-centered approach Availability for approximately three evenings per week Willingness to help build something long-term Ability to work within a manageable caseload and group facilitation structure Authorization to work in the United States Ability to be within reasonable commuting distance of the on-site location Experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on individualized programming and clinical oversight.
