Job Description:

• Prepare and cook high-quality, visually appealing meals for patients, caf service, and catering events, following established recipes and production sheets.
• Create and update menus, recipes, and production records in collaboration with leadership to support dietary compliance and operational efficiency.
• Maintain clean and sanitary workspaces, equipment, and storage areas by following HACCP guidelines and recording temperatures accurately.
• Oversee food production activities, ensuring proper portioning, batch cooking, and adherence to culinary standards for both patient and retail services.
• Communicate effectively with the FANS Coordinator and team members to coordinate daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure service expectations are consistently met. Other duties as assigned.

Education: High School Grad or Equiv [Preferred]

Work Experience: 2+ previous food service or healthcare experience; equivalent education and experience may be considered [Preferred]

Licenses and Certifications: ServeSafe Certification (SERV) [Preferred]
