Qualifications Active Maryland LPN license (or multi‑state compact license) Minimum 2 years of applied LPN experience Current CPR/BLS certification Current negative TB test Reliable transportation within Prince George’s County and surrounding areas Pediatric Clinical Training No pediatric specialty experience required, paid training is provided. During onboarding, LPNs receive training in: Seizure precautions G‑tube / MIC‑KEY tube care Tracheostomy care Diabetes management Straight and Foley catheterization Medication administration Care‑plan documentation All training is led by Ro Health clinical supervisors to ensure nurses feel confident and supported.
