Field Marketing Manager

Intaso has been engaged by a growing cybersecurity company to recruit a Field Marketing Manager. This is a newly created role that will lead in person marketing in a key growth market, working closely with sales and a supportive wider marketing team. It suits a hands on marketer who wants real ownership of how the company shows up face to face.

Day-to-day:

• Organize a calendar of in person events, from small executive gatherings to larger industry shows
• Handle events from start to finish, including logistics, promotion, and making sure sales follows up afterward
• Tailor existing marketing playbooks to fit the local market
• Develop a network of local venues, partners, and vendors
• Work with sales to make sure events reach the accounts that matter most
• Manage the event budget and report on how activity contributes to pipeline
• Share what you hear from customers and the market with the wider team

What we are looking for:

• Around 5 years in B2B technology marketing with a focus on events or field programs
• A track record of running events end to end with a sharp eye for detail
• Experience owning a budget and showing the return on events
• A commercial mindset and a collaborative relationship with sales
• Someone who is comfortable testing new approaches and adjusting as they go
• Startup or scale up experience is a plus
• Located in Chicago, hybrid

What is on offer:

• $110,000-$130,000 base, plus benefits, equity, and the opportunity to build out a market from the ground up
