Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Prior experience providing OT services in schools strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEPs, goal setting, and progress monitoring
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability to varied caseloads

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with students’ educational goals
• Deliver direct OT interventions focused on fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and classroom participation
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Train and consult with educators and family members to support student achievements across settings
• Foster a positive, supportive environment that empowers each child's independence
