Leasing Specialist: Boost Occupancy & Resident Experience

Greystar is seeking a dynamic Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies at our Wisconsin community. You will greet prospects, conduct tours, process applications, screen credit and background checks, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in. Daily duties include following up with residents, coordinating renewals, and collaborating with maintenance and marketing teams to sustain occupancy and revenue. #J-18808-Ljbffr
