Job Description

Excelcare at Lewes is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) who are passionate about long-term care and committed to providing exceptional, person-centered care in a skilled nursing environment. This role plays a vital part in maintaining clinical excellence and resident well-being.

Located at 301 Ocean View Blvd, Lewes, DE 19958

Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Benefits:

Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Responsibilities:

Deliver direct nursing care and monitor residents’ health
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to update care plans
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards

Registered Nurse ( RN ) / Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) Qualifications:

Active RN/LPN license in DE
Experience in long-term care preferred
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Compassionate, collaborative, and resident-focused mindset
