ARDMS Ultrasound Technologist - Weekend Shifts
Join a dedicated healthcare team as an Ultrasound Technologist, performing comprehensive diagnostic ultrasound procedures to assist in identifying various medical conditions. This full-time weekend position offers an opportunity to apply your skills in a supportive environment serving a diverse regional population in the Southeastern United States.
Education
Applicants should be registered or registry-eligible with ARDMS or ARRT (Sonography). New graduates are welcome to apply but must obtain full registration within 12 months of hire.
Experience
While a minimum of one year of experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. New professionals eager to grow and develop their expertise are encouraged to apply.
Requirements
- Maintain current AHA CPR certification.
- Demonstrate technical proficiency in diagnostic and vascular sonography.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide compassionate care tailored to patients of all ages, understanding developmental needs.
- Possess physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and assume various positions as needed.
- Be prepared to respond promptly in emergency situations.
- Understand and adhere to safety protocols regarding potential exposure to infectious materials.
This role requires a warm, patient-centered approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving patient outcomes across a broad regional healthcare network.
