Our December Loan Officer Development Program is designed to introduce motivated professionals to mortgage lending through structured training, licensing exam preparation, and practical exposure to a fast-paced sales environment.

Training & Career Development:

· Preparation for the SAFE mortgage Loan Originator licensing examination

· Training and provided resources for the mortgage licensing exam

· Structured training in mortgage lending, the loan process, and borrowers needs

· Opportunities to develop practical sales, communication and customer service skills

· Guidance from experience sales leaders and mortgage professionals in a supportive high-energy team environment

· Potential career opportunities after successful completion of training and applicable requirements

What You’ll Do:

· Participate actively in scheduled training sessions, coaching and knowledge assessments

· Complete assigned coursework and prepare for the mortgage licensing exam

· Practice customer conversations and consultative sales techniques through training exercises

· Learn to navigate mortgage origination systems and complete assigned practiced activities

· Apply feedback, stay organized, and follow through on program expectations

· Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and ethical judgement throughout the program.

Who we’re looking for:

· Interest in a long-term career in sales, finance, or mortgage lending

· Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with customers by phone

· Self-motivation, coachability, resilience, and a goal-oriented mindset

· Comfort learning new systems and working in a performance-focused environment

· Ability to meet applicable state and federal mortgage originator licensing requirements

· Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or a call center environment is helpful but not required.
