BAP Agency is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Marketing Strategist to become the trusted right-hand to the CEO and a key contributor to the company's day-to-day success. This role blends strong written and oral storytelling skills with strategic thinking to plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and trade show and exhibit initiatives that build real connections with each client's audience. Working closely with the President, the Marketing Strategist translates each client's brand story into action across the full range of BAP Agency's services, including branding, advertising, digital and social media, website design and development, trade shows, events, and advertising specialties.

Position Overview:

The Marketing Strategist is responsible for the branding and marketing that bring the strategy to life day-to-day, while serving as the President's strategic and creative right hand. This role blends strong written and oral storytelling skills with strategic thinking to plan and execute marketing campaigns, social media strategy, and trade show and exhibit initiatives that build real connections with each client's audience. Working closely with the President, the Marketing Strategist translates each client's brand story into action across the full range of BAP Agency's services, including branding, advertising, digital and social media, website design and development, trade shows, events, and advertising specialties. This position is designed to grow, with the opportunity to advance into an Account Manager role leading creative direction for specific client accounts as the agency continues to expand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms
• Familiarity with Office 365 for client document preparation
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, with organizational skills
• Experience with project management tools
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking Willingness to travel as need
• Proficient in Google Suite

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or a related field, preferred. Equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications, or agency account work will be considered.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

3-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, account service, or a related agency role.

Demonstrated experience planning and executing marketing campaigns and social media content strategy.

Experience writing across formats, including but not limited to social media, digital, print, and campaign messaging, with the ability to adapt tone and voice by client and platform.

Experience with trade shows, events, or exhibit coordination including logistics, data organization, and messaging.

proficiency in Google Suite (required)

Experience in Project Management Tools (required)

Self-starter comfortable with high-trust, high-visibility work who is eager to learn all aspects of client account management.

Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows, exhibits, and client events.
