Experience:

• 24 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience with 12 months within the last 36 months (3 years).

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a North Dakota license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Unit Details: - Ratios: days 1:5, nights 1:6. - Surgical patients include total joints, fractures, bariatric, urology, and general surgery; medical patients include CHF, CVA, shortness of breath, and diabetic issues. - Nurse aides ratio 1:15. - Uses CPAP, BiPAP, and hi-flow. - Telemetry available; monitor tech reads strips and RN confirms. - RNs are not required to titrate drips.

Shift & Scheduling: - Every other weekend. - Every other holiday. - Call/standby required with LCD.

Floating Requirements: - First to float.

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
