Entry Level Benefits Associate

No prior industry experience required
Meet with clients on Zoom to help them enroll in benefit programs
Explain options in a clear, simple, and relatable way
Help clients complete online enrollment forms accurately
Schedule and manage virtual appointments
Use basic computer skills (email, Zoom, online systems) daily
Follow a proven process with training and support provided
Work independently while being part of a supportive team
Grow your skills, income, and career through ongoing coaching
Industry leaders will train all new canidates, but you must be:
-COACHABLE AND DEMONSTRATE HIGH INTEGRITY
-HAVE S DESIRE TO WIN
-CUSTOMER FOCUSED MINDSET, YOU MUST ENJOY HELPING OTHERS
