Physician-led focus on quality patient centered models. Top 10 rating for Medicare Advantage. Florida has no state tax. Collaborative teams! Established patient panel supporting a diverse community. Support adults and geriatric patients with preventative and chronic care management. Full service including in-house labs, diagnostic testing, and imaging. Solid mid-level and medical staff. 5 day schedule (Monday - Friday), no evenings, no weekends. Average 18-21 patients p/day. Call shared between providers (phone consults only). Athena EMR.
