Supply Chain Analyst - INTL India

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Analytics Analyst with 3+ years of experience supporting analytics across inventory, procurement, logistics, and operations. The role requires strong operational understanding combined with analytical expertise in SQL, Power BI, and the Power Platform. The Analyst will partner closely with cross-functional operations teams to deliver accurate, timely insights and data-driven dashboards. This role supports informed decision-making and drives continuous improvement across the supply chain.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION: • Performs data analysis within defined supply chain domains to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Develops, enhances, and maintains Power BI dashboards and reports to support operational and management reporting needs. • Uses SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Collaborates with supply chain, finance, and operations stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and business questions. • Supports KPI tracking and periodic performance reporting aligned with supply chain objectives. • Assists in documenting data definitions, logic, and reporting standards in alignment with analytics and data governance practices. • Prepares clear analytical summaries and visuals to communicate insights to managers and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Operations, Business Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, or a related role. • 2 years of experience supporting one or more supply chain functions (inventory, procurement, logistics, or operations). • Hands-on experience working with structured datasets and business reporting tools.

3+ years of experience using SQL for querying and analyzing datasets.
3+ years of experience working with Power BI, including data modeling and dashboard development. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) is a plus. • Effective communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Exposure to cloud data platforms or data lakes preferred but not required.


Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and collaborate with automation teams.

Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-based automation, with the ability to integrate insights into supply chain decision-making.

Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and scalable reporting frameworks.
