Infection Control RN $$ SIGN on BONUS $$$42-$44/HR Flexible Monday-Friday schedule Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Infection Control RN to join our team at Crown Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. As an Infection Control RN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of our residents by implementing and maintaining infection control practices throughout our facility. With a focus on quality care and compassion, we aim to provide an exceptional experience for our patients, residents, and their families. Responsibilities:

- Conduct surveillance and monitor infection control practices to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement infection control policies, procedures, and protocols
- Conduct training and education on infection control best practices for staff
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to reduce infections and improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to infection control
- Maintain accurate records and reports of infection control activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in infection control
- Current RN license required
- CDC Infection Control Certification (or must obtain shortly after hire)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience in a long-term care or hospital setting preferred
