Senior Property Manager

RETS Associates has been retained by our client, a privately held, family-owned real estate firm, to recruit a Senior Property Manager "SPM" in Hayward, CA. This is a full-time on-site role to oversee the day-to-day operations of the company’s commercial real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 500,000 square feet, consisting primarily of office, industrial, and retail assets. The SPM will be responsible for maintaining high occupancy, strong tenant relationships, and efficient property operations, while working closely with ownership on performance and key initiatives.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role within a small, team-oriented organization, offering direct interaction with ownership and the opportunity to grow into broader responsibilities over time.
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
- 8+ years of commercial property management experience required. Candidates with only residential/multifamily experience will not be considered.
- Proficiency with property management systems (e.g., Yardi) and Microsoft Office
- California Broker’s License preferred, or willingness to obtain
Compensation: Base salary range of $145K+ DOE, plus discretionary bonus.
