Your Role

• Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• Diagnose and treat mental health conditions across the lifespan
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and care coordinators
• Educate patients and families on treatment options
• Participate in quality improvement and team-based care initiatives

Qualifications

• Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Active New York NP license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA preferred
• Outpatient psychiatry or community health experience preferred
