Registered Behavior Technician Cooper City Join Our Team at Applied ABC We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Applied ABC in Cooper City, FL. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Job Summary As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work closely with our experienced ABA therapists to implement evidence-based ABA therapy programs for children with ASD. Your responsibilities will include: Implementing individualized ABA programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collecting and recording data on client behavior to inform treatment goals and strategies Providing support and reinforcement to children to promote learning and skill acquisition Maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment Communicating effectively with children, families, and interdisciplinary team members Requirements Current RBT certification High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1 year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and sensitivity to working with children with ASD and their families What We Offer Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment A chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied ABC
