Hospitality and Leisure Associate

Hospitality and Leisure Associate – Chicago, New York or Phoenix Dentons US LLP invites talented associates with 2‑4 years of real estate or transactional experience to become a key member of our nationally top‑ranked, internationally acclaimed Hospitality & Leisure practice. You will work from one of our offices in Chicago, Phoenix, New York or Washington, D.C. and immerse yourself in a practice recognised as the gold standard in the industry. Responsibilities Work on matters across the globe Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, hotel management, license and franchise agreements, joint venture agreements, and more Advise on financings, including negotiation of loan documents and related deliverables Manage deal closings from start to finish Conduct due diligence and handle all aspects of transactional work Salary will be $235,000 to $310,000, based on experience.
