Armor Van Driver

This position is responsible for delivering and picking up material safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include:

• Safely securing material in van trailer/box truck
• Represent Armor's core values while interacting with external customers and vendors
• Update travel log
• Stay up to date on DOT requirements
• Monitor and schedule needed maintenance on vehicle
• Additional tasks as assigned by manager

Principal contacts inside/outside the company:

This position interacts with the shipping supervisor and shipping coordinators as well as external customers on a daily basis.

Education and/or experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years verifiable experience with tractor trailer
• Class A Airbrake endorsement required
• No accidents in the last 12 months

Equipment used:

This position will be using company vehicles.

Working and physical conditions:

This position works on the shipping dock, outside and in company vehicles.
