Location: Maple Lake, MN


Salary: $65,000 - $80,000/year


Hours: 2nd shift | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Thursday

Duties of the training coordinator :

• Manage and organize training process while onboarding employees
• Keep ahead of industry changes and developments
• Train supervisors and employees
• Manage and certify all employees in safety training, including forklift operations
• Maintain a training matrix for all employees
• Guide employees on how to use the MRP system

Requirements of the training coordinator :

• High school diploma, college diploma is a plus
• Minimum 4 years of experience in training
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel and Word
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
