What Your Responsibilities Will Be While actively engaging with the customer, process customer transactions accurately Understanding and applying bank policies and procedures Provide a superior banking experience for the customer through a relationship building approach Proactively seek and recommend the best products and services to fit the customer’s needs Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives Accurately and efficiently process and manage customer transactions Understand and navigate various bank systems and equipment (ATMs, cash counting machines, cash recycler) Qualifications That Make You a Good Fit Enthusiasm for working with customers Possessing the initiative to be successful Proven experience in a customer service environment, prior banking, or financial services experience a plus An understanding of personal finance which includes bank products and services Experience handling cash and processing transactions Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various banking computer systems Experience dealing with confidential customer information Strong interpersonal skills The ability to initiate and maintain conversations that result in customer trust and banking relationships Great listening skills to identify products and services to meet customer needs Flexibility to adapt to ongoing business changes What We Offer Exceptional training and professional development from day one. Hours Full time 40 hour/week: Monday-Thursday 7:45AM– 5:00PM, Friday 7:45AM-6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM-12:15PM Saturday availability required. Frequency of Saturday scheduling dependent on location. Compensation A good‑faith, reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $21.50 - $28.57 per hour and the actual offer will depend on factors such as experience, skills, training, certifications, and education. This base salary reflects one component of our competitive compensation package. This position may be eligible for an incentive plan and includes a comprehensive benefits package.
