The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to customers by efficiently managing parts inventory, assisting with parts orders, and supporting the service department to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
• Process parts orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner.
• Provide expert advice on product specifications and availability.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet customer needs and support service operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department.

• Previous experience in a parts advisory or related role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with computer systems and inventory management software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Competitive salary ranging from $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year.
