Position overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead water and wastewater design projects for municipal and industrial clients throughout Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional passionate about water/wastewater design and project management. You will manage complex projects, ensure timely delivery, and foster relationships with clients and stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead and manage water/wastewater design projects from initiation to completion. Oversee project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, governmental agencies, and consultants. Mentor and develop junior engineering staff. Prepare and review project proposals, budgets, and schedules. Actively participate in business development activities to secure new projects. Ensure quality control and adherence to project standards and specifications. Prepare and present technical reports, presentations, and status updates to clients and internal teams. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Qualifications Texas PE License (required). 10-15 years of relevant experience in water/wastewater design and project management, with a focus on projects in Texas. Strong knowledge of water/wastewater design standards, local codes, and regulatory requirements in Texas. Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale, complex projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively manage client relationships and contribute to business development. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
