Overview Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring a Full‑Time Patient Care Specialist. Work shift: First (Days). Hours: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Responsibilities The Patient Care Specialist provides non‑clinical support within a physician’s office and ensures an excellent patient experience by performing a variety of complex administrative tasks. Associate level degree or higher is considered. 3 years of customer service experience. 1 year experience with health insurance plans, medical records data, medical terminology, registration, scheduling, or third‑party payers.
