Title: Paid Media Specialist
Report To: Senior Paid Media Manager
Department: Marketing
Location: Remote (CST, or EST)
Role Summary:
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in paid media campaign management including programmatic and social (Meta and X).
- Hands on experience with DSPs, including campaign planning, trafficking, execution, and optimization. Experience buying with Basis DSP is a plus.
- Proven ability to optimize campaigns to performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, and CTR.
- Experience collaborating with creative and other cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Paid Media Manager to develop and execute multi-channel Paid Media campaigns.
- Maintain proactive and consistent communications with media partners regarding campaign planning, execution, performance, and problem resolution.
- Build and optimize paid media campaigns across ad platforms, ensuring accurate targeting based on objectives.
- Analyze and summarize media performance metrics across channels, providing actionable insights to improve ROAS and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with eCommerce, brand, retail, and creative teams to execute digital marketing strategies.
- Brief creative needs and work closely with internal teams or external vendors to develop and launch assets on schedule.
- Manage creative feedback from stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of all assets.
- Support in the implementation of the testing calendar to continually test new creative, tactics, tools, etc. and apply learnings to optimize the day-to-day strategies.
- Stay current on platform updates, marketing trends, and media technology.
