Key Maintenance Technician Responsibilities Perform basic vacation rental preventative maintenance Assist with minor repairs Keep records of all maintenance work performed Comply with all safety regulations Maintenance Technician Benefits Seven days of PTO per year Yearly $1/hr raise End-of-year profit-sharing bonus $200/mo QSEHRA program for health, dental, and vision expenses. 56 cents per mile mileage reimbursement Overtime pay An Employee of the Month winner gets spotlighted on our website and social media and receives a $25 gas card. Maintenance Technician Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in preventative maintenance Understanding and utilizing timekeeping, communication, and task management phone apps.
