Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent
The Holiday Inn Express - Monahans is seeking a Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent to join our team and share the pride of this hotel!
Night Auditor / Front Desk Agent responsibilities include:
- Posting, compiling & verifying the correctness of all of the hotel's accounts on a daily / nightly basis;
- Providing superior customer service to all guests;
- Making reservations
- Posting room & tax accurately;
- Preparing Daily Sales and Revenue Reports;
- Performing all activities of a Front Desk Clerk and complete night audit checklist;
- Completing postings, assembling audit, and closing out day on register.
- Ability to use a computer and answer phones
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
