Reports Officer

Reports Officer KBR’s National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to our customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. Key Responsibilities Develop, edit, coordinate, and disseminate reports, briefings, and other written products ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards. Manage reporting requirements, tasking, and deliverables by tracking priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs to support operational objectives. Analyze and synthesize information from multiple sources into concise, actionable products that support leadership decision-making and mission execution. Coordinate across functional teams and stakeholders to facilitate information sharing, synchronize activities, and resolve reporting or workflow challenges. Maintain reporting databases, tracking tools, metrics, and documentation while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and information management practices. Work Environment Location: On‑site Travel Requirements: Minimal Working Hours: Standard Qualifications Required Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Bachelor's degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Demonstrated experience producing high-quality written products in a deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Experience managing multiple priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Desired Experience supporting operational, programmatic, or customer-facing environments. Experience managing reporting workflows, task tracking systems, or requirements management processes. Familiarity with information management tools, databases, and reporting systems. Strong briefing and presentation skills. Experience coordinating activities across geographically dispersed teams. Experience supporting executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications. Compensation Basic Compensation: $195,100 to $238,400 (Virginia area only). The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity. Additional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. This may include sign‑on bonus, relocation benefits, short‑term incentives, long‑term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
