Craftsmen Contractors is currently hiring experienced Interior Framers / Carpenters for commercial projects throughout the Tampa Bay area. Most work involves metal framing and drywall installation .
Hiring Bonus
$50 BONUS after your first 40 hours worked!
Job Responsibilities
- Install interior framing, drywall, windows, molding, and related structures
- Perform metal stud framing and drywall hanging
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and air-powered tools safely
- Assist with general construction labor and fabrication tasks
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow project plans and schedules as directed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in:
- Interior framing
- Metal stud framing
- Drywall hanging
- Strong measuring and cutting skills
- Must have:
- Basic hand tools
- PPE (Hard Hat, Safety Vest/Shirt, Work Boots, Jeans)
- Reliable transportation
- Knowledge of commercial carpentry and framing methods
- Must be able to pass a background check to access military base projects
