Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN STATUS Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital policies and procedures Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Document patient information accurately and maintain detailed records Educate patients and their families about health management and post-discharge care Ensure compliance with all safety and infection control protocols Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Proven experience in a hospital setting preferred Ability to work 12‑hour night shifts reliably Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Demonstrated reliability and professionalism Position includes competitive wages and benefits discussed upon interview.
