$1523.20/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide expert therapy services for a 13-week assignment. The role involves delivering patient-centered care in a dynamic environment, enhancing recovery and functional independence. Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapy techniques aligned with clinical best practices to promote patient recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure treatment efficacy. Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and clinical assessments accurately. Adjust therapy interventions based on ongoing evaluations to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and family members regarding recovery strategies and exercises. Qualifications: Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license or credential. Demonstrate proven experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting. Possess strong assessment and documentation skills. Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Be able to adapt treatment plans to individual patient needs and clinical scenarios.
