Elk Ridge Community Health is seeking Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physicians to join a mission-driven team delivering accessible, high-quality primary care to the communities of northern Arizona with the lifestyle and scenery of the Mogollon Rim as your backdrop. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS Pure outpatient practice no hospital call, no inpatient rounding Flexible scheduling : choose 4- or 5-day work weeks with 8- or 10-hour day options Manageable patient volume: 20-22 patients per day In-office procedures allowed but never required Call backed by FM Residents residents reach out to you only when they need guidance EPIC EMR with Dragon Speak dictation Paid teaching opportunities with FM Residents Backed by El Rio Health one of Arizonas largest and most established community health systems COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary Negotiable sign-on bonus Relocation assistance available License and DEA reimbursement State and federal student loan repayment NHSC Active Site, PSLF eligible CME: $2,000 annually + 40 hours paid CME time 100% employer-paid employee health insurance 403(b) retirement plan 30 days PTO in year one (inclusive of holidays and sick time) REQUIREMENTS MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine Active or eligible Arizona medical license Spanish language proficiency preferred but not required
