Mancan is working with a company in Winesburg seeking a skilled dimensional technician to join their team. Pay is $20-$25 based on experience. Hours are 7:30am-4pm Monday-Friday with overtime as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze blueprints, dimensionals, and other technical drawings to ensure accurate and precise manufacturing processes.
- Set up and operate measuring equipment, including Micro-Vu and other precision instruments, to perform inspections on customer-supplied components and assess their dimensional accuracy.
- Prepare, process, and maintain Initial Sample Inspection Reports, Production Part Approval Process documentation, and material certification requests.
- Evaluate and monitor Statistical Process Control areas, collect and analyze data, and implement improvements as needed.
- Accurately record and maintain inspection data, test results, and reports using software tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience in a quality control or engineering technician role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with drafting and CAD software.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand part drawings and technical documentation.
