We invest in our team and prioritize your success: Up to $1,750 Retention Bonus (Year 1) + ongoing tenure-based rewards Eligible for PSLF (public service loan forgiveness) Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (85% employer-paid for employee coverage) Employer-Paid Life Insurance 401(k) with 50% Match (up to 6%) Generous PTO – vacation and sick leave accrual Paid Holidays + Floating Holiday Leadership & career growth opportunities A supportive and mission-driven culture What You’ll Do Provide case management services and electronically document all activities in compliance with agency, state, and Medicaid standards Coordinate care by linking clients to internal programs and community resources Advocate for clients and ensure access to needed services Work closely with individuals, families, and natural support systems in home and community settings Monitor service delivery to ensure needs are met and goals are achieved Maintain accurate, timely documentation and ensure compliance with all regulations Collaborate with team members and contribute to program and agency improvements What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Health Education, or related human services field AND one of the following: 1 year of experience working with adults with serious mental illness and/or children with serious emotional disturbances 3 years of experience working with children with serious emotional disturbances 2 years of experience working with adults with serious mental illness Certification or certification-eligible by Medicaid as a Case Manager Preferred Experience in outpatient mental health or case management settings Strong advocacy and care coordination skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems What Success Looks Like Effective coordination of care and service delivery Strong client advocacy and engagement Timely, accurate, and compliant documentation Positive collaboration with team members and community partners Additional Requirements Successful completion of Level II Background, MVR, and Drug-Free Workplace screenings #J-18808-Ljbffr Starting Point Behavioral Healthcare
