Southern Virginia University is seeking a dedicated Help Desk Administrator to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, providing assistance to faculty, staff, and students. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. You will manage support requests, perform routine IT maintenance, and educate users on IT procedures.
