Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:30 - 06:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 1-2+ years License: Active RN License Certifications: ACLS, BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: At least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting Description: The position is located in a facility serving a diverse community. This unit provides critical care and addresses complex medical conditions. The ICU consists of 14 beds with a patient ratio of 1:2. Patients may present with sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma cases. Candidates should be team-oriented and committed to best practices. Experience in medical ICU and TNCC is preferred. The role does not require on-call hours and includes weekend duties every other weekend. The environment is supportive and emphasizes accountability among team members.
