Unit Manager, RN Position
Our organization is currently looking for a dedicated Unit Manager, RN to oversee a resident-focused nursing unit at our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Salem, NJ. This role is essential in managing the delivery of clinical care, supervising nursing personnel, and coordinating comprehensive care plans that cater to both short-term rehabilitation and long-term residents.
Key Responsibilities- Conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Scheduling staff effectively to meet the needs of the unit.
- Implementing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
