Data Migration Lead / Migration Oversight Specialist: Oversee and validate software-vendor-led migration from Emphasys to selected replacement solution(s).
Relevant Experience:
Financial, mortgage, or loan-servicing migrations; vendor-led ETL oversight; source-to-target mapping review; trial migration validation; financial reconciliation and data-quality remediation.
Key Skills:
Migration planning; mapping review; ETL knowledge; data quality; reconciliation; lineage; audit controls; migration acceptance criteria; secure data handling
Responsibilities:
Review vendor migration plans, mappings, transformations, and validation rules. Coordinate Agency data decisions. Verify trial migration results and reconciliation to source. Track migration defects and support final validation and cutover readiness.
