Provides assistance and support to the Office Manager and Title Clerks by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Picks up and drops off work at Department of Motor Vehicles.
• Runs vehicles through emissions and state inspections as directed by the title clerk.
• Picks up/delivers vehicle payoff checks.
• Picks up/delivers title work.
• Delivers paperwork to lending institutions and picks up proceeds accordingly.
• Takes deposits to banks and runs company errands as directed by office personnel.
• Maintains a professional appearance.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

• No prior experience or training.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, and other employees of the organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Valid Driver's License

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, finger, handle, and feel; talk and hear; reach with hands and arms. The employee is expected to be able to responsibly drive a motor vehicle. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
