We recently added the Jaguar brand and also own an Audi dealership in Wilmington. Wilmington is a vibrant beach community with a lively downtown on the Cape Fear River, offering restaurants, shops, and live music. Our Service Department operates Monday through Friday; our Sales Department is closed on Sundays and has reduced hours on Saturdays. Benefits Vacation, sick, and personal days Company-subsidized health insurance Matching 401(k) plan Five-day work week, no Saturdays Responsibilities Perform repair work efficiently according to dealership policies Test-drive vehicles and diagnose systems using diagnostic tools Maintain and repair vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs and estimates Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications Qualifications At least 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent; ASE Certification required Qualifications in Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair (B level) Steady hand, good hand-eye coordination Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate diagnostic equipment Excellent customer service and basic computer skills Positive attitude and eagerness to learn Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively Valid driver’s license with a clean record We are an equal opportunity employer and prohibit discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability, genetics, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
