Job Title Registered Nurse Address Shelbyville, TN Job Description Assess the health of individuals and implement their care plans. Supervise daily care plans and staff members. Observe, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing support for individuals. Coordinate communication between various health professionals. Ensure proper medication administration and documentation. Maintain health records and reports accurately. Provide training and supervision to nursing staff and unlicensed personnel. Critical Information Shift: M-F, 8am-5pm, 40 hours guaranteed. On-site position. Counties covered: Bedford and Marshall. Education / Licenses Needed TN License or compact license. Benefits Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment. A 401(k) with company match is available after 1 year of service. #J-18808-Ljbffr
