Social Media Marketing Specialist

Working fully remote during EST hours, the contract Social Media Marketing Specialist will independently manage Tier-1 event social strategy and execution, collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize social programs and support broader social initiatives. Key Responsibilities Own and execute social strategy for Tier-1 third-party events, including pre-, during, and post-event activities Lead channel management, stakeholder communications, content planning, and performance reporting for social initiatives Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop scalable social assets and ensure alignment across channels Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in social media, with a strong focus on event marketing (B2B preferred) Proven ability to manage complex workstreams independently and deliver high-quality output Strong project management skills with experience in large, matrixed organizations Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a solid understanding of social media best practices Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and supporting team priorities as needed
