Lead Mechanical Design Engineer: HVAC OEM, 3D CAD & DFM
XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc.
XNRGY Climate Systems invites an experienced Lead Mechanical Design Engineer to guide the mechanical design team in developing air handling units, CRAHs, chillers, and related HVAC equipment. You will set design standards, ensure manufacturability, and drive high-quality documentation.
You will lead 3D CAD work, GD&T analysis, and DFMA strategies, coordinating with engineering, production, sourcing, and suppliers to deliver scalable, cost-effective designs that meet industry codes.
