Now, we’re looking for a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team in an Overnight Position .

What You’ll Do

As part of our overnight team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the comfort and safety of our clients during the night. This is a light duty position with a focus on providing support to our highly independent clientele. Your responsibilities may include:

• Monitoring and ensuring the safety of clients overnight.
• Assisting with any occasional needs that arise.
• Maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
• Documenting any relevant updates or incidents for the day team.

No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a passion for helping others. We’re seeking someone who is:

• Dependable and responsible.
• Compassionate and understanding of individuals with special needs.
• Comfortable working independently during overnight hours.
• A good communicator and attentive to detail.
