Registered Nurse On Call
Heartland Hospice
Heartland Hospice, part of ProMedica, is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse On Call to provide after-hours hospice care for patients with life-limiting illnesses in homes and facilities. The RN triages calls, makes urgent visits, manages symptoms and pain, and implements individualized care plans. Responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, family education, and accurate documentation. This role supports patients and caregivers during crises, promotes comfort and dignity, and upholds our mission-driven, patient-centered standards of end-of-life care.
