Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN, Telemetry to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in a Cardiac Telemetry unit with a 1:3-4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Demonstrate proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation and EKG reading.
• Complete SIMs Lab training for Foley catheter and central line dressing changes.
• Float to other telemetry units such as T5, T6, and Neuro Tele, as needed.
• Maintain compliance with sterile field protocols during procedures.
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing; willing to wait for licensing process.
• Must have level 1 trauma experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association required.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system is preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Familiarity with Philips monitors and interpreting telemetry data.
