As a Hotel Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes superstar helping our Sales team stay organized, connected, and ready to deliver unforgettable experiences. From coordinating schedules and meetings to preparing communications and supporting day-to-day operations, you’ll keep everything running smoothly in our fast-paced, high-energy resort environment.You’ll also play an important role in handling sensitive information, supporting guest needs, and creating a seamless experience for both our team and our clients. If you’re detail-oriented, love staying organized, and enjoy being at the center of it all, this is your chance to shine!**THE STARTING PAY RATE:** $19.50 / Per Hour**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Prepare and edit correspondences, communications, presentations, contract formatting, redlines, and updating systems to reflect contract terms and negotiated room rates* Process reservations, invoices, billing information for accounting, confirmations, cancellations, special handling alerts, and amenities.
