Join your locally owned Great Clips® salon team and enjoy the freedom to do what you love in a supportive, welcoming environment. Whether you're an experienced stylist, a recent graduate, or someone looking for flexible hours alongside other commitments, we'd love to meet you. We're hiring a licensed Cosmetologist or Barber to join our team at this busy salon! No need to worry about clientele, we have built in customer base! Pay is $15-16 per hour, but credit card tips and bonus brings stylists who can do 3 haircuts an hour to $25-30 per hour plus cash tips! All tips you take home daily! Currently looking for evening and weekend help 12-7 M-F, 8-5 Saturdays, 9-2 Sundays. We offer ACA compliant health coverage, 401(k) with a 6% match, PTO, paid holidays, and personalized onboarding and training for all skill levels!

What you bring to the team To join the Great Clips salon team as a stylist or barber, you'll need: A valid Cosmetology or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province) A passion for haircutting and helping customers look and feel their best A desire to listen and make a difference through excellent customer service and genuine connections A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a great team culture
