Location: Fountain Valley, CA

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Join a leading automotive organization as a Warranty Campaign Analyst and play a key role in supporting vehicle recall and service campaign performance. This temporary position is ideal for a data-driven professional with experience in automotive warranty operations, reporting, data analytics, campaign management, or business intelligence.

Job Duties

• Create and maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly warranty and recall reports.



• Analyze campaign performance metrics, completion rates, deployment rates, and open recall activity.



• Monitor dealer inventory, service loaner fleets, used vehicle inventory, and retailed vehicles for campaign opportunities.



• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve campaign completion rates using actionable data insights.



• Support VIN discrepancy reporting, claim validation reporting, and repair verification analysis.



• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and present findings to business stakeholders.



• Identify trends, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement and reporting automation.

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, warranty operations, campaign management, or a related automotive field.



• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Word.



• Experience working with large datasets, dashboards, recurring reports, and data validation.



• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.



• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Automotive Technology, or a related field.



• Experience with automotive warranties, recalls, service campaigns, dealer operations, and claim administration.



• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, SAS, or similar reporting tools.



• Experience automating reports and improving reporting processes.
